Each individual piece is refined by hand with great love and care directly in our own manufactory in Austria.

How long until my unique piece arrives?
Since each piece is handcrafted individually for you, production usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
How do I care for my personalized clothing?
To preserve the quality of your design for a long time, we recommend gentle hand washing or a delicate cycle.
Can I exchange my product?
As this is a unique item custom-made for you, returns are not possible – however, in case of quality defects, we will assist you immediately.
Can I see what my design looks like beforehand?
Yes, our configurator offers a live preview so you can see exactly how your personal masterpiece will look as you design it.
