Product & Design
How does the design process work?
The process is simple: Choose your cap color, upload a picture of your dog (or any other motif), adjust the size and position – and you're done! Our configurator shows you in real-time what your finished cap will look like.
What image formats can I upload?
You can upload images in JPG or PNG format. For best results, we recommend high-resolution images with a clear subject. The configurator will help you choose the optimal crop.
Which cap colors are available?
We offer various colors, including black, white, green, brown, and pink. All colors are visible in the configurator and can be combined with your design in real-time.
What material are the caps made of?
Our caps are made from 100% high-quality cotton (front) and 100% polyester (mesh) for comfortable wear. We source our blanks exclusively from Austria and Germany.
Can I use other motifs besides dogs?
Yes, you can use any motif that is important to you – be it your pet, your car, your crew, or your logo. Our goal is to enable you to wear what you love.
Ordering & Payment
How can I pay?
We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung), and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.
When will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment. Since each cap is custom-made, the production time is 5-7 business days.
Can I change my order after submitting it?
Since we start production immediately after receiving the order, changes are only possible within the first 24 hours. Please contact us immediately at info@heybarney.shop if you would like to make any changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, upon completion of your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Production time is 5-7 business days. Once manufactured, your cap will be shipped, and delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on the destination country. Overall, you should expect a total time of 7-12 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to all countries in the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us directly at info@heybarney.shop.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are €5.99 within Austria, €5.99 within Germany, and €9.99 to other EU countries. Shipping is free for orders over €50.
Can I track my order status?
Yes, as soon as your cap has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to check the current status of your delivery online at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my product?
Since each cap is custom-made for you, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible according to § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG. This applies to all personalized products in our shop.
What does "custom-made" mean?
"Custom-made" means that your cap is only produced with your personal design after you place your order. Each product is unique, made specifically for you, and cannot be reused for other customers.
What happens in case of production defects?
Should your cap unexpectedly have production defects, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the defect. We will immediately work on a solution and, if necessary, arrange for a new production.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are only possible as long as production has not yet started. Since we usually begin manufacturing within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at info@heybarney.shop if you wish to cancel your order.
